1. General Provisions
1.1. This Copyright Policy & Third-Party Content Distribution Regulations (hereinafter — the "Regulations") defines the principles of interaction between the Kiosk (ZnaetAPPS) platform and software authors, developers, and copyright holders.
1.2. The platform administration respects intellectual property rights and enforces all necessary measures to prevent distribution of unauthorized content.
2. Regulations for Indexing Freely Available Third-Party Applications (Fair Use)
2.1. The Kiosk platform may index and distribute free, publicly available applications from open official sources (developer websites, official repositories, open distributions).
2.2. Indexing is performed by the Administrator under Fair Use principles for user convenience and informational purposes under strict conditions:
- Package Integrity: APK installation packages are distributed strictly in their original state without decompilation, tampering, or signature alterations.
- Attribution and Sources: Third-party application pages clearly state original developer details and direct source links.
- Non-commercial Access: Free third-party applications are provided to users without download charges by the Administration.
- Clear Badging: Third-party applications feature custom source labels for full transparency.
3. Restrictions for Private Developers
3.1. Registered private developers must publish only their own original products or applications for which they possess formal distribution licenses.
3.2. Private developers are strictly prohibited from uploading third-party applications or masquerading as external publishers.
4. Notice & Takedown Procedure
4.1. If you are a legitimate copyright holder and wish to request removal or information update for an application, you may submit a takedown request.
4.2. Send your notice to legal@znaetapps.ru or support@znaetapps.ru including:
- Application name and package name (or URL on Kiosk);
- Copyright holder credentials (author full name or company name);
- Proof of copyright ownership;
- Requested action (removal, metadata update, or transfer of developer control).
4.3. Response Time: Notices are processed promptly within 24–48 hours, and contested packages are immediately restricted or removed.
