1. General Provisions
These rules govern the publication and distribution of applications in the Kiosk (ZnaetAPPS) app store. All developers are required to adhere to these rules to ensure content safety and quality.
The current version of these Rules is published at apps.znaetapps.ru/developer_rules.
2. Application Requirements
- Applications must not contain malicious code, viruses, or spyware.
- Publishing content that infringes copyright is strictly prohibited. Developers must hold all necessary rights and licenses.
- Applications must have accurate descriptions and truthful screenshots.
- Developer Verification: Verification in the Android Console or Google Play is required. Developers from Russia and regions subject to Google sanction restrictions may bypass this requirement and publish without limitations.
- Prohibited: gambling, network circumvention/IP-changing bypass tools (VPNs/proxies), unauthorized mods, pirated copies, and any content prohibited under applicable law.
3. Moderation
All new applications and updates undergo mandatory review and moderation. Review times typically range from a few hours up to 3 business days.
4. Developer Blog
Developers can maintain blogs and post updates. All posts are moderated. Using blogs for spam or publishing prohibited materials is forbidden.
5. Enforcement and Removal
The Kiosk Administration reserves the right to reject, hide, or remove any application or developer account at its discretion in the event of rule violations.
