7. Conditions of Data Processing
7.1. Processing is carried out based on the consent of the data subject or other lawful grounds provided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
7.2. Processing is necessary for the execution of the User Agreement and compliance with Russian Federation legislation.

8.1. The Operator ensures confidentiality and security of personal data.
8.2. Data Transfer to Yandex ID: When using authentication via Yandex ID, the Operator transmits the minimal necessary set of data required for user authentication (e.g., email, name, avatar). Transmission is based on user consent to facilitate app store login. Yandex ID operates as an external authentication provider under its own privacy policy in compliance with Russian law.
